I wrote a previous dissatisfied review because my order had not been delivered on the date promised. However, after speaking with the florist directly, I learned that an attempt to deliver had been made but because of inclement weather, the arrangement was not left on the porch. That was the right thing to do and I am pleased with that. The order was delivered this morning. I will write another review of the arrangement once I see it

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
