Ordered the assorted tulip arrangement for my wife for Valentine's Day. They delivered the tulips on time and the tulips were just perfect! My wife loved them as it was a perfect flower for a cold, snowy Valentine's Day. We are now enjoying the tulips as they are beginning to slowly open up showing all the beautiful spring colors! Will definitely order from Andy's & Pennewell's Flower shop again in the future!
